Progressive Lubrication System for Grease and Oil

These systems use manual, electric, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic operated pumps to dispense lubricant (oil and grease) through progressive dividers to the lube points.

These dividers incorporate internal pistons that are driven by incoming lubricant pressure to give precise volumetric output quantities. These dividers can be assembled using segments with up to seven output quantities. This combined with the ability to cross port across the segments and down the segments allows an extensive range of lubricant output ratios to cover a wide range of lube point requirements. Several divider types are available to suite varying applications.

The dividers can be supplied as plain units, with visual cycle indicators or with micro or proximity switches for system monitoring.
